Once work has commenced the order is non-refundable. By returning the project brief template, the Client expressly requests commencement of the digital service, waiving the 14-day EU withdrawal right.
If a deliverable substantially fails the agreed brief through the Studio\'s fault, a revision at no charge is provided. If a satisfactory revision is not possible, a partial refund may be agreed.
