These terms govern the relationship between InboxCopywrite (Auto-entrepreneur, SIRET 83456789000024, the "Studio") and the individual or entity placing an order (the "Client").
The Studio provides digital copywriting services delivered entirely online. All services are intangible, delivered as document files. No physical goods are dispatched.
An order is placed when the Client selects a service, completes checkout, and payment is confirmed via Stripe. Work begins once the project brief template has been returned.
All prices in euros (EUR), excluding French TVA (20%). Fixed prices confirmed before work begins.
Delivery timelines run from receipt of the completed project brief template. Timelines are in business days. Force majeure excluded.
One revision round per project. Direction changes constitute a new project.
Full commercial rights transfer to the Client upon receipt of final payment.
Liability capped at the fee paid for the specific project. No guarantee of specific business outcomes.
French law. Competent courts of Haute-Savoie, France.
